Dasdey Behavioural Services was founded by professionals with extensive frontline experience across the Ontario behavioural support sector. That experience spans group homes, community living agencies, school-based support programs, and 1:1 behavioural support roles, with deep familiarity supporting individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, dual diagnosis, and complex behavioural needs.
Dasdey was built to address a consistent pattern: families and agencies struggle to access qualified, reliable support, while experienced professionals are stretched thin across too many providers. The agency was founded with a clear vision: a specialized behavioural support agency built on the fundamentals that too often get compromised, credentialed professionals, careful client matching, accountable coordination, and genuine care for the people we serve.

Our Associate Network
Every associate in the Dasdey network meets strict credential and experience requirements before they are matched with a client. We do not compromise on qualifications.
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a relevant discipline (CYW, DSW, BSW, BA Psychology, BST)
- 2+ years experience with complex needs populations
- Ministry-approved crisis intervention training (CPI, NVCI, UMAB, SMG)
- Current Standard First Aid and CPR Level C
- Current Vulnerable Sector Screening (renewed annually)
- Own commercial general liability and professional liability insurance
- Own WSIB registration or exemption
